Job summary

Barnsley Council is seeking sessional workers for the BYouth Young People’s Service. Roles involve delivering issue-based programmes and engaging young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 with additional needs) in activities and conversations.

The posts are based across the Borough with evenings as core hours and a max of 12 hours per week or three evenings, on a peripatetic deployment. These are permanent, sessional posts funded to operate within a 38-week delivery calendar.
