Job summary

Bradford District and Craven Mind is recruiting an Enhanced Access Support Worker to deliver 1:1 telephone mental health support for individuals aged 11+ in Bradford and Craven. The role operates primarily evenings with some weekend shifts, offering early intervention and signposting to longer-term services where needed.

We seek empathetic, patient practitioners who can build rapport quickly, assess needs, and maintain accurate records while upholding safeguarding and information governance

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 3+ qualification in a relevant field or at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues and safeguarding considerations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telephone support with tailored guidance and signposting.
• Signpost to relevant services and maintain up-to-date records.
• Complete risk assessments and incident reports when appropriate.
