Job summary

Bradford District and Craven Mind is seeking a relief worker to join our team at Kenburgh House in Bradford. You will support our adult and older adult group sessions, facilitating activities and ensuring safe, supportive environments for participants.

The role requires flexibility, the ability to cover staff absence and annual leave, and a proactive, person-centred approach to mental wellbeing. After probation, there may be opportunities across other services within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and support people in ways that encourage positive change.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues across services.

Responsibilities

• Cover staff absence and annual leave to support group sessions.
• Facilitate our group support offer across departments.
• Be flexible to work various shifts, including short notice when required.
• After three months, explore learning opportunities across other services in BDC Mind.
