Job summary

Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members to join our Didcot store. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor, in the post office or bakery, and help with online orders for home delivery. You’ll work from 2pm to 10pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with flexible availability across the week.

Full, paid training provided and a permanent part-time contract with 12 hours per week plus regular overtime. Join a community-focused retailer that puts members and communities first.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations by delivering friendly service and helping customers.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and assist with tills and store processes.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist with community engagement.
