Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members in Redditch to deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy local store. You'll join a team and support everyday operations, possibly working in the post office, bakery, or online orders by picking and packing for home delivery.

This part-time role is 12 hours per week with regular overtime and a permanent contract, with a closing-shift pattern that includes at least one weekend shift. Full training is provided to help you grow with Co-op.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and willingness to help customers.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environments (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and support day-to-day shop operations.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle tills, stock checks, prices and dates to ensure accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support community initiatives.
