Job summary

Co-op Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Team Member for a part-time role (16 hours per week) with regular overtime. You’ll receive full training and work varied shifts from 6am to 10pm, including at least one weekend shift, to help deliver essential services in your local Co-op store.

You’ll join a friendly team, stock shelves, assist with post office/bakery/online orders, and promote Co-op membership while delivering great customer experiences to the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Passion for helping people and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations and deliver friendly service.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and at tills as needed.
