Job summary

Carestaff Solutions Ltd is seeking an Evening & Weekend On-Call Coordinator to join our Preston team. You will be the go-to person for out-of-hours staffing, ensuring healthcare and social care services have the right staff when needed.

We value energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Prior healthcare recruitment experience isn't required; training is provided and full support is offered by a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Good telephone manner and enjoys talking to people.
• Organised and able to juggle priorities.
• Calm under pressure when several tasks require attention.
• Willing to learn new systems.
• No healthcare recruitment background required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and responding to staffing requests from clients.
• Contacting healthcare workers and arranging shift bookings.
• Finding solutions for urgent or last-minute staffing needs.
• Building great relationships with clients and workers.
• Managing bookings and keeping systems up to date.
• Working with a supportive team to deliver an excellent service.
