Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Children\'s Support Worker to help a 7-year-old boy with autism, epilepsy, ADHD and challenging behaviour in his Pevensey home. Shifts are Monday-Friday evenings (4pm-8pm) and alternate Saturdays (10am-4pm).

The role is on a zero-hours contract, with full specialist training and ongoing support from a Care Manager. You will join a dedicated care team, offering regular rotas, holiday pay, and access to the Nest pension as part of a supportive employer.

Responsibilities

• Support a single child with complex needs in the family home during evenings (4pm-8pm) and alternate Saturdays (10am-4pm).
• Participate in regular shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team.
• Full specialist training will be provided and ongoing support from the Care Manager.
