Job summary

Active Care Group in Southport is seeking a part-time Children\'s Support Worker for regular evening shifts (4pm-7pm) to support a 15-year-old boy with complex needs in his family home and community. This role operates on a zero-hours contract and involves working as part of a two-person team under a Care Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support one individual with complex needs in his family home and out in the community.
• Work weekday evenings (4pm-7pm) on a zero-hours contract.
• Collaborate with a second support worker on double shifts to provide consistent care.
