Active Care in the Home is seeking a Children's Support Worker for weekend day shifts in Eastbourne. You will join a small care team to support a 13-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home and in the community, working 2:1 with another worker.
Full specialist training is provided and you’ll be supported by a Care Manager. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays 10am–7pm, with possible after-school shifts and holiday adjustments.

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
