Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals for part-time roles to support children with complex health and care needs in their family homes across Eastbourne, Pevensey and Hailsham.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, encourage independence, and accompany children on community outings, building strong relationships with families. Full training will be provided.

• Care experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
