Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the PM shift in Raunds to guide a busy operation, drive performance and ensure safe, efficient processes. You will lead a team of operatives, coordinate workloads, monitor KPIs, and support the management team in achieving targets.

The role requires proven warehouse leadership experience, strong people skills, and a proactive, communicative approach. A focus on safety, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Good IT knowledge, including spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of lean techniques would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Training new operatives and supporting ongoing development.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
• Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity needs.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
