Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Thrapston to manage a section of the warehouse, drive daily operations, and support the management team in achieving business targets. You will lead operatives, coordinate workloads and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Ideal candidates will have proven warehouse leadership experience, strong people management, and good IT and health & safety acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Coordinate workloads and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and promote safe working practices.
• Produce reports and support future capacity planning.
• Act as main contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners.
