Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a night shift in Thrapston, supporting the warehouse management team to meet KPI targets and customer requirements. The role involves supervising a team of operators, ensuring health and safety, and delivering high-quality service.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor production targets, and manage invoicing processes while maintaining DSV best practices. The position requires strong organisation and communication skills and is 5 days out of 7,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• IT literacy in Microsoft Office and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet the customer’s operational requirements.
• Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
• First line support for customer and DSV to address issues.
• Support colleagues in providing an enhanced service to customers while maintaining DSV best practices.
• Responsible for the completion/population of location KPI's as well as invoicing processes.
