Job summary

Gopuff in the United Kingdom is seeking full-time Operations Associates to join the warehouse team. You will play a hands-on role handling picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with delivery riders to ensure timely fulfillment.

You'll work a flexible schedule, including peak hours from 5pm to 2am, and bring a practical mindset to maintain inventory accuracy, safety and efficiency. Weekly pay and career growth opportunities are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be available during peak hours 5pm–2am.
• General knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive product from vendors, ensure count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies
• Inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Clean and organize warehouse
• Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practice
• Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items
