Job summary

Gopuff is hiring full-time Operations Associates to join the warehouse team, reporting to a Site Leader. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving products, and maintaining accurate counts and inventory.

The role requires willingness to work a fluid schedule, including evenings, and lifting up to 20 lbs. Candidate should have basic proficiency with web-based tools like Google G-Suite and prior experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse settings is preferred but not

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment is preferred.
Able to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours of 5pm–2am.
General working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
Lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
Receive product from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
Inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders.
Clean and organize warehouse.
Manage waste and spoilage with FIFO compliance.
Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items.
