Job summary
Yusen Logistics is seeking two Inventory Controllers to join our Northampton warehouse on a full-time, permanent basis, working 14:00–22:00 Monday to Friday. You will maintain accurate stock records, carry out regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies and support stock takes to ensure integrity and targets are met.
You’ll also generate inventory reports and assist with stock relocations. We offer a competitive salary (£28,281.54 pa + £832 shift allowance), 25 days holiday, eye care, life
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory/stock control is essential.
- Proficient with warehouse management systems.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail are required.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and run regular stock counts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure stock integrity.
- Maintain stock files, pallet checks and support stocktakes.
- Respond to customer queries and assist with stock relocations.
- Complete weekly and monthly inventory reports and identify process improvements.
