GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the Haier contract in Rugby (CV23 0WB). You will manage inbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and liaise with the logistics team to ensure smooth warehousing operations. This role runs 14:00–22:00, five days a week, with flexibility as needed.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace with high accuracy.
• Attention to detail in handling inbound/outbound documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Receive all inbound shipments into the database, creating warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received.
• Upload clear, accurate pictures associated with damage into the database.
• Document discrepancies (damage, shortages, overages) within 24 hours and communicate issues to inventory team.
• Update the system with new products and pack configurations.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment schedules.
• Generate and distribute warehouse activity reports.
