Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the Haier contract in Rugby (CV23 0WB). You will handle inbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and liaise with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

This role offers a 14:00–22:00 shift, five days out of seven, with some flexibility. The company provides a competitive salary, generous leave, dental insurance, a pension, and access to GXO University and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Receive all inbound shipments and create warehouse tags.
• Document exceptions and carry out related communications within 24 hours.
• Update system with new products and pack configurations.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive all inbound shipments into database system, creating warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received into warehouse
• Upload clear, accurate pictures associated with damage into database
• Accurately document any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 24 hours (i.e.. damage, shortages, overages etc) communicating any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the inventory team
• Update the system with new products and pack configuration
• Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment schedule
• Generate and distribute warehouse activity reports
