Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts in Rugby (CV23 0WB). You will operate MHE, including counterbalance and reach trucks, and handle goods in/out, picking and packing, and stock support.

You will work 5 out of 7 nights from 22:00 to 06:00, with a salary from £31,530.12 plus a monthly MHE allowance, 28 days leave, a pension, and access to GXO benefits and training platforms.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating MHE – counterbalance and reach truck (training provided).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or reach Truck (MHE).
• Load/unload and move stock within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately.

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanentWarehouse Operativeto join our team inRugby (CV23 0WB)for our customer Haier. You will be working any 5 out of 7 between the hours of22:00:00 - 06:00

What you will do on a typical day:

• Safe operation of counterbalance and / or reach truck Forklift
• Loading / unloading and movement of stock across the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and order preparation accurately
• Goods in/out and processing and stock support
• Daily equipment checks and reporting any issues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Warehouse experience
• Experience of driving MHE – counterbalance and reach truck, however training will be given
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to work to GXO Health and Safety policies
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation
