Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Rugby (CV23 0WB) is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join the Haier contract team. You will handle inbound and outbound operations and act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate admin support to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong administrative accuracy and data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Flexible to scheduled shifts 14:00–22:00, 5 of 7.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and create warehouse tags.
• Upload damage photos into the database with accuracy.
• Document receipt exceptions within 24 hours and notify inventory team.
• Update system with new products and pack configurations.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipment schedules.
• Generate and distribute warehouse activity reports.
