Coventry University Group is recruiting an hourly paid Tutor for its Birmingham Study Centre. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality teaching within health, science and education, with responsibility for curriculum development and tutorials.

You will update module content for a world-class student experience, align with employer and student needs, and support a flexible delivery model including possible evenings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate subject OR a good honours degree with professional qualification/membership.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a teaching qualification (PGCE) is essential.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace is welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality teaching within the School of Health, Science and Education.
• Contribute to curriculum development and tutorials for undergraduate programmes.
• Update module materials and ensure all course materials are current on the VLE.
• Engage students, promote active learning and monitor attendance.
• Deliver learning, teaching, assessment and marking of courses; update materials as needed.
• Potentially travel to other CU Group campuses and study centres.
