Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or transport.
• Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work evenings and communicate clearly with drivers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and reconcile dispatch documentation and driver manifests.
• Update transport and warehouse systems and internal spreadsheets in real time.
• Manage handover between day and night shifts and communicate pending tasks.
• Answer evening queries by phone and email and maintain records.
• Flag discrepancies and resolve documentation issues to support dispatch.
• Support general office duties during the late shift.
