Job summary

Challenge - TRG Recruitment Limited is looking for a Night Transport Administrator to join our Northampton transport team. This full-time role runs 6:00pm to 6:00am with a 4 on, 4 off pattern, designed for someone who keeps schedules tight and operations moving.

You'll support daily transport operations, brief drivers, monitor deliveries, update systems, and communicate with drivers, customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation skills.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily transport operation.
• Brief drivers before they head out and debriefing them when they return.
• Monitor deliveries and help resolve any issues on the road.
• Update transport systems and complete daily reports.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and colleagues.
• Help ensure deliveries are on time and running smoothly.
