We are recruiting a Care Worker to support and empower our young people, in partnership with their families and colleagues. Your role will involve supporting our young people to make their own decisions and reach their full potential within an excellent residential setting. You will provide personalized support, responding to their needs, wishes, and aspirations, and contribute to delivering high-quality care, health, and therapy. Additionally, you will help our young people develop independence and daily living skills, especially during their evening routines.
In the evenings, our young people enjoy activities such as swimming, social clubs, exploring, and socializing. You will assist them in accessing leisure and social activities within the community.

No experience needed
Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary. We will support you through a well-designed induction and training program to help you start confidently and understand your role and its impact within the organization. We also offer numerous opportunities for personal growth.
Working pattern
