We are looking for caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support. You will help individuals gain independence in daily activities, working within a dynamic team in a beautiful residential setting in Wellington, which features a hydrotherapy pool and sensory room.
As a Night Support Worker, your role includes assisting with bedtime routines, personal care, and conducting regular checks throughout the night. Light domestic duties may also be required during spare time.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals build confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals, such as cooking or going on holidays.
Our ideal Support Worker will possess the right values and experience, including a full UK driving license, resilience, flexibility, experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, and working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with autism, mental health conditions, trauma, or exhibiting behaviors of distress.
