We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals.

Set in a peaceful, rural environment within walking distance of Chard town centre, we support adults with communication needs due to severe learning disabilities, autism, or traumatic brain injury. As a Night Support Worker in a residential setting, you’ll assist with bedtime routines, including personal care, and perform regular checks throughout the night. Light domestic duties may also be required during spare time.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their personal goals, such as cooking dinner or going on holiday.

We value both experience and the right values. Our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible, and composed, with experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans, engaging in reflective practice, and supporting individuals with behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, or trauma.
