Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in aerospace/engineering manufacturing env.
• Familiar with quality and manufacturing standards.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Productivity and familiarity with presses.
• Willing to learn and patient.
• Takes ownership of area of responsibility.
• Disciplined and self-motivated.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses with required tooling and work holding.
• Operate presses to meet output targets per Job Card.
• Understand setup parameters like tool height, stroke, tonnage, dwell.
• Use air tools and hand tools safely.
• Inspect in-process and document results.
• Record TPM activities and maintain 5S.
• Complete WIP in MRP system.
