Job summary

EE is seeking a Sales Advisor for evening shifts in Newcastle upon Tyne, working 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 4:45pm–9:00pm). You will join a busy contact centre, taking incoming calls from existing EE customers and helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

You should be a great listener and fluent speaker, comfortable with targets and earning potential through uncapped commission, plus benefits across EE products and opportunities for growth within EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
• Ability to explain products and navigate tech options to customers.
• Comfort with hitting targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Join a lively sales team in our contact centre.
• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in navigating the different tech products EE offers.
