Job summary

EE Gosforth and EE Tyneside in Newcastle upon Tyne are recruiting a friendly Sales Advisor. You’ll join a lively contact centre team, taking incoming calls from existing EE customers and helping them find the best phone and broadband deals.

Hours are 20 per week (evenings), with shifts Monday to Friday 4:45pm–9:00pm. Start date October 2026 onwards. You’ll start on £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months (pro rata) with uncapped commission and generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers to advise on deals.
• Help customers navigate phones, broadband and other EE products.
• Listen actively and match customers with the best-suited product.
