Job summary

EE is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor in Newcastle area to join our contact centre. You will answer incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best phone and broadband deals, and guide them through our tech products.

You should be outgoing, energetic and a great listener, with a customer-focused mindset. The role offers evenings, 20 hours per week, with training provided and opportunities for progression within EE and BT networks.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic personality suitable for talking to people.
• Experience in customer service or sales environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities
