EE is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to join our Newcastle contact centre team. You will handle incoming calls from EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through our range of tech products.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and love talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial.
• You’re able to listen well and pick up on what the customer says.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the different EE tech products we sell.
• Match customers to the right product by listening and asking the right questions.
