Job summary

EE is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for Newcastle offices (Gosforth Park Way or Silver Fox Way). 20 hours per week, evenings, starting October 2026. You’ll join a lively contact centre, handling incoming calls from existing EE customers and helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent speaker. There are targets with uncapped commission, plus benefits such as 24/7 GP, free parking, and EE product discounts.

Responsibilities

• Join a lively sales team in our contact centre and take incoming calls from existing EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the different tech products EE sells and match them with the right options.
• Be a great listener and fluent speaker to understand needs and guide customers to suitable solutions.
