Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Newcastle contact centre. You’ll join a lively team, handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, and help them find the best mobile, broadband, and other tech deals. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 4:45pm to 9:00pm, with 20 hours per week in the evenings.

Starting salary £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months (pro rata), with uncapped commission and a range of benefits including 24/7 GP appointments, free parking and discounts on EE products.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best mobile and broadband deals.
• Explain product features and assist customers in selecting suitable plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
• Chat with customers to upsell relevant EE products where appropriate.
