You will promote and be confident with all hotel facilities and ensure rooms reflect The Lanesborough’s renowned service standards.

This role emphasizes immaculate grooming, flexibility in hours, and a strong customer‑oriented mindset, with emphasis on discreet, confidential service and guest wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Basic command of the English language; a second language is preferred.

Candidate Profile

As an Evening Room Attendant you will be fully aware of The Lanesborough Culture, Service Experience and Guests Recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. You will be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel and it would be your responsibility to look after guestrooms and ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and standards are maintained.

The Housekeeping department is key to ensuring the guests feel secure and safe in the knowledge that their guest room is treated with care and confidentiality, thereby creating the comfort of their home environment at The Lanesborough.

Key Requirements

• Basic command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
