Job summary

Dream Hollywood in Los Angeles is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team, ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest check-ins and accurate accounting processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience, strong attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding guest service. Hyatt brand familiarity and Opera Cloud knowledge are a plus, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel front office experience or prior Night Auditor experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality of service.
• Prior Hyatt brand experience is a plus; excellent computer, communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Otelier and Opera Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift.
• Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations; respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts; investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Assist with forecasts and audits as needed.
