The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool is seeking Housekeeping Team Members to join a 5* hospitality environment. You will work split shifts in the afternoons and evenings, performing turn-down services and maintaining meticulous cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• A positive can do attitude and the passion to provide 5* Hospitality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, establishing strong relationships across all departments.
• Care and a passion for delivering a positive guest experience and promoting 5* standards.
• Able to excel in time management and maintain high standards of work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms in preparation for the evening wind down.
• Perform turn-down services and support guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle linen porterage, in-house laundry, and top up of supplies as required by the business.
• Work flexible shifts including afternoons and evenings over a 7-day operation to ensure guest comfort.
