Job summary

LQ Resorts is seeking an Evening Housekeeping Assistant to join our Housekeeping team at Northney Road. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness across the resort, guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas, while providing a warm, guest-focused experience.

You will work as part of a small team with a flexible approach, performing routine cleaning tasks, replenishing amenities, and responding to guest requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping andGuest areas preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cleanliness throughout the hotel and guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas including back of house areas.
• Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning (strip beds, collect laundry, etc.).
• Ensure cleaning meets company standards and replenish guest amenities as required.
• Respond to guest requests and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain daily trolley and linen stock and ensure consistent room standards.
