The Headland Cornwall is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. You will clean guest bedrooms, cottages and front‑of‑house areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You'll assist in the laundry, deliver linen, strip beds, and help with waste disposal while ensuring spaces are stocked and well‑maintained. This role offers zero hours with flexible evenings, weekends, and peak times, in line with UK usage.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, cottages, and front-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness.
• Assist in laundry with cleaning, pressing, and folding linen.
• Deliver fresh linen, strip beds, dispose rubbish and recycle as needed.
• Ensure areas are stocked with supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workspace at all times.
