Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Housekeeping Supervisor to support Cockermouth or Keswick Hospital with Trust Services in Workington, Wigton and Maryport. 1 x 22 hours per week on a rolling rota, 2 weekends out of 3, 1pm–8pm shift.

You will supervise a team delivering high-quality domestic services and in-house catering, while adhering to trust values and mandatory training requirements.

Qualifications

• Diplomacy
• COSHH certificate
• HACCP certificate
• Health & Safety certificate

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team across multiple sites to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Ensure infection prevention policies and safe working practices.
• Monitor staffing, timesheets, sickness records, and training.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report issues as needed.
