Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Receptionist for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living. The role starts with a full-time evening shift and every other weekend, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff.

You will create a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative duties and front desk tasks. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and a passion for senior care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• One to three months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and perform data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered support and collaborate with team to ensure quality care.
• Performs general administrative duties to support daily operations.
