Berkley Care Group is hiring a Weekend Receptionist in Packmoor, England. This role focuses on welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting the Home Administrator with data tasks and communications.

The position offers weekend shifts with breaks paid, a customer‑facing environment, and opportunities to develop in a luxury care home setting. You will be the first point of contact for residents and families, contributing to a warm, professional atmosphere.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
• Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression
• Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production
• Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email
