Job summary

Heacham Manor Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member - Evenings to join our hospitality team on Norfolk's coast. You will assist in delivering warm, attentive service in a historic country-house setting.

Responsibilities include guest engagement, serving meals and drinks, processing payments, and upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards. Training will be provided and there are opportunities to support weddings and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Serve food and drinks across hotel outlets and clear tables.
• Handle card and cash payments following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and set dining areas for service.
• Assist with setup for weddings and events.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and company policies.
