Beds & Bars is seeking a Bar Team Member to join our lively London venues. You’ll prepare and serve drinks, deliver excellent guest service, and collaborate with kitchen staff to provide breakfast to group meals. The role is fast-paced and requires a positive, team-focused attitude.

You will work in a dynamic environment with shifts that may include late nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina and a polished appearance are essential, as is compliance with safety and licensing rules.

Qualifications

• Multitasking during busy periods.
• Efficient time management to serve guests quickly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving to handle guest concerns.
• Collaborative team player to support kitchen and service teams.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drink preparation and service according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests, take orders and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Keep bar area clean and organized; wash glasses and sanitize surfaces.
• Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages and glassware.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, mobile) and balance the till.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with setup and service for events and private functions.
• Deliver accurate and timely à la carte orders and maintain buffet standards.
