Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an enthusiastic supervisor to lead and coordinate domestic staff, ensuring high standards of service in line with the National Cleaning Services Specification. The role covers evening hours and requires a proactive, flexible approach.

You will report to the Facilities Assistant Support Manager, contribute to the smooth operation of the domestic department, and work collaboratively with other teams. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising domestic staff.
• Experience in a facilities environment is desirable.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organise and work alongside domestic staff to ensure delivery of domestic services.
• Support the Facilities Assistant Support Manager and contribute to the running of the domestic department.
• Be flexible and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
