The role is full-time, on-site with no remote option; a driver’s license and own transport are recommended given late hours, and UK work authorisation is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Fluent English is required, additional German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, phone and social media.
• Liaise with colleagues to deliver solutions and maintain customer accounts.
• Follow up on queries to ensure customers feel heard and supported.
• Represent Wrap London and Poetry Fashion with the brand voice.
