Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member in Leicester for a part-time role (20 hours per week). You will welcome customers, discuss tailored offers, process rental agreements and inquiries, and support branch operations including vehicle deliveries and cleaning.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for customers with friendly, professional sales/service mindset.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and friendliness.
• Impress customers with tailored offers and create a positive experience.
• Assist in vehicle refuelling and branch operations to support timely service.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
