Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to deliver outstanding service to school hirers after hours, including setup, safety checks, and maintaining a secure site. The role involves light cleaning, locking/unlocking facilities, and supporting school events with a strong emphasis on safeguarding.

Full training is provided, and you will be part of a flexible team dedicated to high standards and excellent customer service within school environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class experience for hirers with positive, memorable service during lettings and events.
• Assist with setup of facilities for lettings and school events, e.g., badminton nets and floodlights.
• Unlock and secure gates and doors at start/end of shift to ensure safety and security.
• Perform health and safety checks during shifts and report hazards or faults via the company platform.
• Receive full training in-house and online covering safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety and customer service.
