Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a dedicated Community Host to support school hirers in the evening and during events. You will help set up facilities, ensure a safe and clean environment, and maintain high service standards while safeguarding school sites.

Full training is provided, and you will be trusted to manage gates, perform safety checks, and assist with additional tasks to support schools and the Vivify team.

Qualifications

• Great communicator able to represent Vivify with schools and hirers.
• Organised, quick to act and flexible to adapt to needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class experience for hirers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and events, e.g., badminton nets and floodlights.
• Undertake light cleaning to leave school premises as found.
• Unlock gates and doors, ensuring they are secured at end of shift.
• Carry out health and safety checks and report hazards via company platform.
• Attend training to understand safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety and customer service.
