ABM is seeking an evening supervisor to lead a dedicated cleaning team in Nottingham. You will set the tone for teamwork, reliability, and service excellence, ensuring spaces are spotless and clients are delighted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or facilities supervision, evening/night shift preferred.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain high standards of service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all evening cleaning operations, ensuring standards and schedules are met.
• Train, motivate, and support team members to foster accountability.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address issues promptly.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and site management during shifts.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and daily paperwork accurately.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
